Abstract
A full figure imprint electroform mold consists of a nickel-cobalt alloy die body which comprises 10 wt ﹪to 50 wt ﹪of cobalt in the nickel-cobalt alloy, and a less than 2 wt ﹪of manganese, less 2 wt ﹪of iron, and less 20 wt ﹪of of other metals. The compositions are in a molten state and is in balance with the nickel alloy. The preparation method of the full figure imprint electroform mold includes a manufacture processes of the full figure master mask with fine veins, a coating process of coating an electric conductive releasing layer on the surface of the full figure master mask, a dedicate electroform forming process and a mold releasing process. The dedicate electroform forming process is to immerse both the full figure master mask and a nickel alloy plate in the electrolyte containing nickel and cobalt and electrify to sediment a full figure imprint electroform mold to copy the fine veins on to the mold surface. Therefore, by using a mold made of nickel-cobalt alloy, the mechanical properties and useful life can be increased.
