Abstract
A baking equipment of a manufacturing apparatus of Cathode Florescent Lamp (CCFL) is disclosed. In the conventional baking equipment of a manufacturing apparatus of CCFL, there is a problem causing any deformation of a bulb at a process removing an organic material included in both a protective layer and fluorescent substance coated in the bulb, since the bulb is heated in perpendicularity and is injected with oxygen or nitrogen through a nozzle of the head, while the upper part of the bulb is taken by a head of a rotating member rotated by an index unit. According to the present invention, as shown in the FIGS. 3 through 10, both a loading member and an unloading member are installed at a main body in a diagonal position, both a driving unit and a hot air supplier are installed at sides of the main body, respectively, a heater unit is installed on the main body in its length position, a roller unit rotating a quartz tube is installed between the heater unit, a conveying block unit is installed at lower part of the roller unit, and a conveying chain unit is installed at both ends and lower part of the conveying block unit for transferring the quartz tube so that the quartz tube is maintained in perpendicularity, being put on the roller unit by the conveying block unit. As a plurality of bulbs coated with a protective layer and fluorescent substance is inserted in the quartz tube putting on the roller unit, the bulbs moves in horizontality like the quartz tube, and the bulbs is indirectly heated through the quartz tube by the heater unit and the hot air supplier so that an organic material included in both the protective layer and fluorescent substance is eliminated and removed, and any deformation of the bulb is protected.
