Abstract
The invention is about a system and method of a solid-state fuel derivative. The heat storage incineration process is applied to recycle the discharged gas from the drying process to enhance the efficiency of heat recycling. The solid-state fuel derivative system comprises a drying oven and heat storage incineration device. The drying oven can dry the discharged gas from combustible material, then burn it in the heat storage incineration device to produce high temperature gas. The high temperature gas can be recycled back to the drying oven to reduce energy consumption. After the reshaping and temperature reduction of the gas, the solid-state fuel derivative can be produced.
