Abstract
A method of processing waste circuit board, and recycling thermal energy and the apparatus for the same is disclosed, wherein the apparatus is provided to work with the processing method, a certain quantity of PCBs are transported into a primary combustion chamber, then the PCBs are subject to thermal cracking with a indirect heating method under the condition of a low temperature of 300 DEG C and oxygen-lacking, toxic gas and particles generated after thermal cracking are transported to a secondary combustion chamber and burned at a high temperature of 850 DEG C, then the thermal energy generated by high-temperature residual gas after high-temperature burning is recycled with a heat recovery chamber, the high-temperature gas and particles passing through the heat recovery chamber are also transported into a wet scrubber for neutralizing and rinsing then the neutralized gas is exhausted and the particles descend. Meanwhile the glass fiber of the circuit board does not melt, because of the high temperature. It combines with ashes, so that it can be recycled with the metal on the circuit board, to increase the recycled substance and the thermal energy generated during the recycling process can be reused.
