Abstract

To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet which can exert nonconductivity or low conductivity even when it has light shielding property. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet is a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet containing a substrate having provided on at least one surface thereof a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and having transmission of 0.3(%) or less, which is characterized in that reflectance on at least one surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet is less than 60(%) and that electric resistivity on at least one surface among surface(s) having the reflectance less than 60(%) is 1012 (Ω/&square) or more. It is preferable that the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet contains a light shielding layer to make the transmission of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet be 0.3(%) or less as the outermost layer or in such a form that the light shielding layer comes into contact with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and has such a constitution that the electric resistivity on at least one surface having provided thereon the light shielding layer as the outermost layer or in such a form that the light shielding layer comes into contact with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer among surface(s) having the reflectance less than 60(%) is 1012 (Ω/&square) or more.
