Abstract
There is provided an optical functional material which can exhibit specific properties such as quantum size effect of fine particles of inorganic fluorescent material without lowering such properties. Namely, there is provided the optical functional composition which comprises (A) a fluorine-containing polymer having a fluorine content of not less than 15% by mass and (B) fine particles of inorganic fluorescent material having an average particle size within a range of from 1 to 100 nm and contains the fluorine-containing polymer (A) and the inorganic fluorescent material (B) in amount of from 1 to 99.99% by mass and from 0.01 to 99% by mass, respectively.
