Abstract
This invention provides a barbecue processing method that involves forming punctures in a foodstuff and barbecuing the same. The barbecue processing method is provided for barbecuing a foodstuff such as an eel, a conger eel, and a loach basted with sauce. The barbecue processing method comprises the steps of forming punctures in the skin of the foodstuff before basting the sauce and barbecuing, and then barbecuing the skin.
