A first auxiliary air boss 9 on which a first auxiliary air flow-out hole 8 continuing to an intake air passage 2a in a downstream side of the throttle valve 4 at one end and oriented to a side wall 6a of the valve element guide hole 6 at another end can be bored is provided on a side wall 1a1 of the throttle body 1 in an upper side of a throttle valve shaft 3. And a second auxiliary air boss 11 on which a second auxiliary air flow-out hole 10 continuing to the intake air passage 2a in the downstream side of the throttle valve 4 at one end and oriented to a bottom 6b of the valve element guide hole 6 at another end can be bored is provided on a side wall 1a2 of the throttle body 1 in a lower side of the throttle valve shaft 3.
