Abstract

The purpose of the present invention relates to provide a polarizing plate used in the liquid crystal display device which has excellent permanence, the occurrence of the display mura could be inhibited and has excellent property of the viewing angel. The resolving method of the present invention relates to a polarizing plate which is characterized in that the optical film (A) was laminated in one side of the polarizer (C) and the optical film (B) was laminated in another side of the polarizer (C), wherein the optical film (A) has the properties of that the frontal retardation value is less than 10 nm, the absolute value of the retardation value in the thickness direction is less than 10 nm and the water vapor transmission is 0.3 to 100g/m<SP>2</SP>.24h; and the optical film (B) has 150 to 1,500g/m<SP>2</SP>.24h of the water vapor transmission.
