Abstract
The photoelectric fruit sugar degree detecting technique of the present invention includes: a housing which is the main structure of the whole apparatus for mounting associated components and providing a carrying seat to position an object under test; a control computer for executing the operation of the whole apparatus, which has a operating keyboard for being operated by a user and a display for displaying the operating status of the apparatus and the detected result; a near-infrared spectrophotometer having a fiber probe capable of being configured at the bottom of the carrying seat (desktop type) or the edge side of the transmission chain (on-line type) for capturing the near-infrared spectrum of the object under test on the carrying seat; and a control software integrated in the control computer and developed by Borland Delphi programming language for driving the near-infrared spectrophotometer to capture spectrum and performing a recursive operation to obtain the sugar degree value. Accordingly, it is able to construct a fruit sugar degree detecting apparatus capable of setting the sugar degree level for the object under test by the user based on the actual requirement, and displaying the sugar degree level measured from the object under test on the display device.
