Abstract

A kind of LED (light-emitting diode) light-emitting module is disclosed in the present invention and is capable of generating light emission after the conduction of current such that it can be used to provide light source for light-emission of the electronic apparatus. The invention is mainly composed of epitaxial wafer, electrodes, and the material used as the substrate of epitaxial wafer having excellent insulation and heat dissipation characteristics. After dicing the epitaxial wafer, a light-emitting module with plural epitaxial chips mounted on one single heat dissipation substrate can be formed. Additionally, the entire LED light-emitting module itself has high heat dissipation characteristic such that the effective power of LED light-emitting module is increased. Furthermore, the electrode is designed in such a way that light-emitting area of the light-emitting module is not blocked so as to obtain the characteristics of entire area light-emission and high brightness. Thus, the invention can be widely used in electronic apparatus.
