200401727 (1) 玖、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明是關於將大型的座墊可自由開閉地安裝在車體 側的機車的安裝構造,以及將座墊鎖定在車體側的機車的 座墊鎖定構造。 【先前技術】 將座墊可自由開閉地安裝在車體側的機車的安裝構 造,以及將座墊鎖定在車體側的機車的座墊鎖定構造是習 知的(例如參照專利文獻1。)。 【專利文獻1】 日本特開2001— 239970公報(第6頁,第2圖) 以下用第3 8圖來說明上述公報的第2圖。圖號則重 新標過。 第3 8圖是顯示傳統的座墊安裝構造的立體圖,是經 由座墊鉸鏈502來將座墊503可自由開閉地安裝於置物箱 5 0 1的側部,在該座墊5 0 3的底面安裝第一门字形配件 5 04及第二门字形配件5 05,爲了支承第一门字形配件 5 04而在置物箱501的側部配置第一座墊鎖定機構506, 爲了支承第二门字形配件5 0 越駕駛者用座墊與共乘者用座墊’所以能夠以座墊鉸鏈的 座墊側安裝部來補強駕駛者用座墊與共乘者用座墊的連結 部,可以提高座墊的剛性,而能夠將座墊扣減少爲一個。 第2發明,是在座墊的更下方配置車體外殼,在該車 體外殼內設置置物箱,在車體外殼形成允許座墊鉸鏈的朝 向車體側邊的擺動的缺口部,並且在車體外殻內的置物箱 的外側且下方設置作爲座墊鉸鏈的旋轉軸的鉸鏈軸,來將 當關閉座墊時會覆蓋缺口部且防止座墊鉸鏈露出於外部的 鉸鏈外殻一體地安裝在座墊鉸鏈的座墊側。 藉由在車體外殼形成缺口部,在車體外殻內設置座墊 鉸鏈的鉸鏈軸,在座墊鉸鏈的座墊側安裝鉸鏈外殼,則能 夠將鉸鏈軸配置在設置於座墊下的置物箱的開口部的更下 方,與將鉸鏈軸設置在置物箱的開口部附近的方式相比, 能夠大幅度地開啓座墊,能夠便利地對於置物箱進行東西 的置入及拿出。能夠將開口部整個面利用爲置物箱,而能 夠收容較大的東西或更多的東西。 即使將座墊大幅度地開啓,藉由以鉸鏈外殼覆蓋缺口 (4) (4)200401727 部,則能夠防止座墊鉸鏈露出於外部,所以可以提昇外觀 性。 第3發明,將鉸鏈外殼經由彈壓手段安裝於座墊側鉸 鏈,當鉸鏈外殼與車體外殼抵接時,兩者的間隙是設定成 下部較上部更大,當將座墊鉸鏈開啓時,鉸鏈外殼的下部 是較上部先離開車體外殼。 當將座墊開閉時,能夠順暢地將鉸鏈外殼離開或抵接 於缺口部的緣部,而能夠良好地進行鉸鏈外殼的開閉。 第4發明,是作成:藉由將由座墊延伸的座墊鉤卡合 在設置在車體側的座墊扣的凸輪板,而能夠將座墊鎖定, 在座墊鉤,是具備有朝向與座墊扣的凸輪板朝向同一方向 延伸的卡合爪部。 當使從座墊延伸的座墊鉤卡合在設置於車體側的座墊 扣時,盡可能地將座墊鉤或座墊扣作成小型化或纖細化, 則能夠提昇車體的空間效率。 藉此,在座墊鉤具備有與座墊扣的凸輪板朝向同一方 向延伸的卡合爪部。 也就是說,在座墊鉤具備有與座墊扣的凸輪板朝向同 一方向延伸的卡合爪部,所以能夠將座墊夠及座墊扣作成 纖細的形狀。結果,就能夠有效地利用座墊鉤及座墊扣的 設定部份周圍的空間。 第5發明,座墊鉤,是由平板部所構成。 藉由以平板部來形成座墊鉤,則能夠容易地形成朝向 與座墊扣的凸輪板朝向同一方向延伸的卡合爪部。 (5) (5)200401727 第6發明,在凸輪板的與座墊鉤的卡合面,設置有與 凸輪板垂直相交的寬度較寬的構件,將凸輪板在卡合爪部 的厚度方向作得較寬,則例如即使座墊鉤的卡合爪部朝向 厚度方向移動也不會脫離。結果,則能夠提昇座墊鎖定機 能的可靠度。 第7發明,是將凸輪板可自由旋轉地支承於設置在車 體側的座墊扣座,在凸輪板的側邊設置側面導引部,將凸 輪板夾在座墊扣座與側面導引部之間。 藉由將凸輪板可自由旋轉地支承於設置在車體側,在 凸輪板的側邊設置側面導引部,則能夠將凸輪板夾在座墊 扣座與側面導引部之間。結果,能夠防止座墊鉤從凸輪板 脫離。 第8發明,是在座墊扣的上部設置上部導引構件。 藉由在座墊扣的上部設置上部導引構件,則能夠在座 墊扣導引座墊鉤。結果,能夠在座墊扣確實地扣住座墊 鉤,並且例如能夠提昇將置物箱開啓時的置物箱的外觀 性。 第9發明,是將座墊扣設置在車體側所設置的置物箱 的側邊,並且使上部導引構件的矩形開口部的長邊部沿著 置物箱的上部開口凸緣部的外周。 藉由將座墊扣設置在車體側所設置的置物箱的側邊, 並且使上部導引構件的矩形開口部的長邊部沿著置物箱的 上部開口凸緣部的外周,則能夠將置物箱的內面部的凹凸 情形控制在最小限度,能夠做出容易進行收容的置物箱, -9- ό (6) (6)200401727 並且能夠將置物箱的容量作得很大。 第1 0發明’座墊扣的操縱鋼索,是通過置物箱內。 藉由讓座墊扣的操作鋼索通過置物箱內,則不能從外 面看見操作鋼索。結果,能夠提昇機車的外觀性。能夠防 止從外面對操作鋼索進行不當操作。 第11發明’在置物箱的底部,設置有用來收容操作 鋼索的溝槽。 藉由在置物箱的底部設置用來收容操作鋼索的溝槽, 則不會佔去置物箱的容量,又能夠收容操作鋼索。 結果,能夠充分地利用置物箱的容量。 【實施方式】 以下根據附圖來說明本發明的實施方式。圖面是從圖 號的方向來看。 第1圖是本發明的機車的側面圖,機車1 〇,是由: 在前端安裝有頭管1 1的車體框架1 2、可旋轉地安裝於頭 管1 1的車把軸1 3、安裝在車把軸1 3的下部的前叉1 4、 安裝於該前叉14的下端的前輪16、用來操舵該前輪16 而安裝於車把軸1 3的上部的車把1 7、覆蓋車把軸1 3與 頭管1 1以及前叉1 4的前部的前車殻1 8、安裝於該前車 殻18的後部的前內車殼21、安裝於上述的車體框架12 的後部上部的置物箱(行李收容箱)22、可自由開閉地配 置於該置物箱22的上方的雙人座墊23、安裝在車體框架 1 2的後部下部的動力單元24、以及安裝於該動力單元24 -10- (7) (7)200401727 的後端部的後輪26所構成。 3 1是覆蓋前輪1 6的上方的前檔泥板,3 2是覆蓋車把 1 7的前方的車把外殼,3 3是安裝於車把外殼3 2的擋風玻 璃,3 4是安裝於車把外殼3 2的後部的車把內外殼,3 6是 後照鏡,3 7、3 7 (僅圖示前側的圖號3 7 )是腳踏板, 3 8、3 8 (僅圖示前側的圖號3 8 )是用來支承腳踏板3 7、 37的踏板支承框架,41、42是構成動力單元24的引擎及 動力傳達機構,43是腳架,44是跨越動力單元24的後端 與車體框架12的後端的後避震單元,46是車體車殼,47 是覆蓋後輪26的上方的後擋泥板。 機車10的特徵是在於:(1)將雙人座墊23可自由 開閉地安裝在置物箱2 2的上方的座墊鉸鏈5 1與覆蓋該座 墊鉸鏈5 1的側邊的鉸鏈外殼(沒有圖示,後面會詳細敘 述。)的構造,(2)置物箱22與雙人座墊23的卡合構 造,以及(3 )置物箱22內的分隔構造,以下分別針對這 些構造來詳細敘述。 第2圖是顯示本發明的機車的後部的主要部分側面 圖,是將車體車殼卸下並且以剖面來顯示雙人座墊23。 可自由開閉地將雙人座墊2 3配置在置物箱2 2的上方 的座墊鉸鏈5 1,是安裝於構成車體框架1 2的後部的後框 架12A,並且配置在置物箱22的車體右方(在圖中是在 置物箱22的內側),當將雙人座墊23關閉時,進行雙人 座墊23的鎖定並且與雙人座墊23側卡合的座墊扣52, 是安裝於後框架1 2 A,並且配置於置物箱22的車體左側 -11 - 23 (8) 200401727 (在圖中是在置物箱22的前側)。 卡合於座墊扣52的座墊鉤53,是安裝在雙人座墊 底部所設置的底板5 4上的構件。 雙人座墊 2 3,是由:駕駛者乘坐的駕駛者用座 23A、以及相對於駕駛者用座墊23A形成爲較高的共乘 乘坐的共乘者用座墊23B所構成。 第3圖是本發明的機車的正面圖,在車體的前部中 安裝有正面來看大致三角形的頭燈5 6,以V字型的前 外殻5 7來覆蓋該頭燈5 6的兩側邊及下方,在該前副外 5 7的左右配置有作爲訊號燈的方向燈5 8、6 1。6 3是儀 擋板,6 4、6 4是方向燈5 8、61用的燈泡,6 5是前車 1 8的開口部。 方向燈5 8、61,是作成縱長且大致三角形,不只 配置燈泡6 4、6 4的下部,上部也會發光,可以提高目 確認性,且提高照明的效果。 第4圖是本發明的機車的平面圖,後框架1 2 A是 左右一對的左框架67及右框架68所構成,在左框架 安裝座墊扣52,在右框架68安裝座墊鉸鏈51。71是 越左框架67及右框架68的各後端的橫管,72、72是 來承載共乘者的腳的可摺疊地安裝於踏板支承框架 (參照第1圖)的共乘者用踏板(在圖中是摺疊狀)。 方向燈5 8、6 1,是將其內側部5 8 a、6丨a配置成在 面來看是與前擋泥板3 1的左右的側部3 1 A、3 1 B連 7可擺動地安裝於該車體側鉸 7 6的座墊側鉸鏈7 8所構成,在將雙人座墊2 3 (參照第 圖)關閉的狀態下,將以管體構成的座墊側鉸鏈78 起,在該座墊側鉸鏈78的上端安裝雙人座墊23。81、 是用來讓座墊側鉸鏈78通過而形成於置物箱22的凸緣 8 3的缺口部,8 4是用來安裝後述的鉸鏈外殼(沒有 示)而安裝於座墊側鉸鏈7 8的支架。 第6圖是本發明的座墊鉸鏈的立體圖,假想線所示 座墊側鉸鏈7 4 (參照第2圖)的安裝端部9 8、9 8、以及爲 了以螺栓安裝於底板5 4而開設於安裝端部9 8、9 8的安裝 孑 L 101、101。 座墊安裝片9 3,是抵接於底板5 4的部份,是具備有 以螺栓安裝於底板54的安裝孔102。 第7圖是顯示本發明的座墊鉸鏈的主要部分的立體 圖,在座墊鉸鏈5 1上的車體側鉸鏈7 6的側壁1 〇 4、1 0 5 是分別開設有長孔1 0 6,將止動銷栓8 5通過該長孔1 〇 6、 1 〇 6,將拉伸線圈彈簧1 0 7跨越於該止動銷栓8 5與鉸鏈軸 77 〇 當藉由該拉伸線圈彈簧1 0 7,讓止動銷栓8 5經由軸 環1 〇 8嵌合於卡合片8 6的凹部8 7時,則止動銷栓8 5會 藉由拉伸線圈彈簧1 0 7的彈性而被按壓到凹部8 7,而很 難從凹部8 7將止動銷栓8 5卸下,也就是說,很難將開啓 的雙人座墊2 3 (參照第2圖)關閉。 1 1 1是用來減輕當將雙人座墊開啓時的操作力而在開 啓方向產生彈性的捲繞彈簧,是捲繞於鉸鏈軸77,且將 中央部1 1 2抵接於座墊側鉸鏈78的管體94的下部,並且 將兩端部1 1 3、1 1 3抵接於車體側鉸鏈76的底板1 1 4。 回到第2圖,在本發明中,是將座墊鉸鏈51的座墊 側鉸鏈7 8,特別是將座墊側鉸鏈7 8的座墊安裝管92以 -14- (11) 200401727 跨越駕駛者用座墊23A與共乘者电座墊23B的方式安 於底板54。雙人座墊23的駕駛者用座墊23A與共乘者 座墊2 3 B的連結邰,爲了讓底板5 4彎曲,而是雙人座 2 3中剛性最小的邰份,藉由上述的座墊安裝管9 2而能 補強雙人座墊2 3。 第8圖(a) 、(b)是顯示本發明的座墊鉸鏈的鉸 軸的傾斜情形的說明圖,(a )是側面圖,(b )是平 圖。 在(a )中,鉸鏈軸7 7,其延長線1 1 6是較通過座 側隹父鍵7 8的女裝u而部9 8、9 8的直線1 1 7更朝向前下方 延長線1 1 6與直線1 1 7所構成的角度爲0 1。 在(b )中,鉸鏈軸7 7,是以其前部較後部更位於 體內側的方式,相對於朝向車體前後方向延伸的直線1 是以角度0 2傾斜。 第9圖是顯示本發明的座墊扣的安裝狀態的立體圖 在後框架的左框架67是經由座墊扣托架121、122安裝 座墊扣52,使置物箱22的側面1 接於殼體127的止動片136的L字臂142、以及用來安裝 拉伸線圈彈簧1 3 4的其中一端的彈簧安裝臂1 4 3。 止動構件1 3 3,是由:藉由將前端抵接於鎖定爪部 1 3 1的段部1 4 5而將鎖定爪部1 3 1的旋轉予以止動的側邊 突出部146、以及用來安裝拉伸線圈彈簧134的另一端且 安裝有鋼索1 4 7的前端的下部臂部1 4 8所構成。 鋼索1 47,是用來解除雙人座墊的鎖定的連結於彈簧 鎖(沒有圖示)的構造。 接下來說明上述的座墊扣5 2的作用。 在(a ),雙人座墊是關閉著,在座墊鉤5 3與鎖定爪 部1 3 1的上爪部1 3 8卡合的狀態下,首先,以鑰匙來轉動 連結於鋼索1 4 7的彈簧鎖,如(b )所示,會如箭頭1所 -16- (13) (13)200401727 示拉動鋼索1 4 7。 結果,止動構件1 3 3,會以銷栓1 3 2爲中心如箭頭2 所示地旋轉,止動構件1 3 3的側邊突出部1 4 6會從鎖定爪 部1 3 1的段部1 45脫離。於是鎖定爪部1 3 1,沒有了限制 旋轉的構件,會藉由拉伸線圈彈簧1 3 4的彈性而如箭頭3 旋轉,上爪部1 3 8會從座墊鉤5 3脫離而讓上爪部1 3 8與 座墊鉤5 3的卡合解除。 雙人座墊是藉由座墊鉸鏈來給予開啓方向的力量,解 除上爪部138與座墊鉤53的卡合的話,隨著雙人座墊的 少許的開啓(彈起),座墊鉤5 3會如箭頭4所示地上 升。 而在將雙人座墊關閉時,首先,在(b)中,將雙人 座墊向下壓,將座墊鉤53朝向箭頭4的相反方向下降, 座墊鉤5 3會抵接於鎖定爪部1 3 1的下爪部1 4 1而將下爪 部1 4 1向下壓。結果,鎖定爪部1 3 1會朝向箭頭3的相反 方向旋轉,以拉伸線圈彈簧1 3 4的彈性而給予了箭頭2的 相反方向的旋轉力的止動構件1 3 3的側邊突出部1 4 6的前 端,如(a )所示,會鉤掛在鎖定爪部1 3 1的段部1 4 5。 於是,會限制鎖定爪部1 3 1的順時鐘方向的旋轉,鎖定爪 部1 3 1與座墊鉤5 3會維持卡合狀態。 第11圖(a) 、(b)是用來說明本發明的座墊鉸鏈 的鉸鏈外殼的剖面圖,(a )是置物箱、座墊鉸鏈、雙人 座墊、車體外殼以及鉸鏈外殼的剖面圖,(b )是(a )的 b — b線剖面圖。 -17- (14) 200401727 (a
