Abstract
Buluş, sıvı soğutmalı plazma kesme torcu için soğutma yüzeyi arttırılmış elektrot olup; metalik parçayı kesmek için plazma torcundaki elektrodun (1), plazma elektrodunu oluşturan gövde (2) üzerinde yayıcı ve kesici ucu taşıyan bir aşağı yönde uç (2a), dahili bir tek gözlü kör delik seviyesinde bir yukarı yönde silindirik uç (2b), yayıcı ve kesici uç (3), yayıcı ve kesici ucun sabitlendiği boşluk (4), dahili bir tek gözlü kör delik (5), elektrodun plazma torcuna bağlanmasını sağlayan erkek veya dişi diş pasosu (6) ile soğutma sıvısı dalgıç borusu (8) içermekte ve dahili bir tek gözlü kör deliğin silindirik dış yüzeyi (5a) üzerinde, dahili bir tek gözlü kör delik taban yüzeyi (5b) üzerinde, dahili tek yönlü kör delik seviyesinde bir yukarı yönde silindirik ucun dış çap yüzeyi (5c) üzerinde birbirine paralel eşit aralıklarla açılan girinti/çıkıntılar ile oluşturulmuş soğutma sıvısı kanalları (7) bulunmaktadır. Elektrodun (1) yüksek ısıya maruz kalan yayıcı ve kesici ucun (3) sabitlendiği gövdenin (4) temasta olduğu en yakın yüzeylerinde (5a), (5b), (5c) açılan girinti/çıkıntılar ile arttırılmış yüzeyler (soğutma sıvı kanalları ) (7) sayesinde bu arttırılmış yüzeylerin soğutma sıvısıyla yıkanması ile daha fazla soğutulma sağlanarak elektrodun (1) kullanım süresi (ömrü) uzatılmış olmaktadır. şekil -2.
