Abstract
Buluş başta dizel/fuel oil gibi ağır, doğal gaz/LNG ve benzeri fosil yakıtlar ile çevrim yapan, gemilerde ana tahrik makinası, karada ise enerji santrallerinde elektrik üretiminde jeneratör olarak kullanılan iki ve dört zamanlı ağır yük dizel makina ve jeneratörleri başta olmak üzere, uygun tüm alanlarda uygulanabilen, iki ve dört zamanlı dizel makina ve jeneratörlerde, standart olarak her silindirde bulunması gereken emme ve egzoz (inlet / exhaust) valfinin (1) dönüş hızı, sıcaklık ve konum değerlerini, her bir valfin (1) ayrı ayrı anlık olarak uzaktan takibinin sağlayarak valf kırılması arızalarının önüne geçen/minimize eden valf takip sistemi (A) ile ilgilidir. (Şekil-1).The invention is particularly suitable for two- and four-stroke heavy-duty diesel machines and generators, which cycle with heavy natural gas/LNG and similar fossil fuels such as diesel/fuel oil, which are used as main propulsion machinery on ships and as generators for electricity generation in power plants on land. In two and four-stroke diesel machines and generators, which can be applied in all areas, the rotation speed, temperature and position values of the intake and exhaust (inlet / exhaust) valve (1), which should be in each cylinder as standard, and the remote control of each valve (1) separately, momentarily. It is related to the valve tracking system (A), which prevents/minimizes valve breakage failures by providing monitoring. (Figure 1).
