Prior Art Today, the known oven phenomenon has shown a serious development over time. After the discovery of fire, people started to use fire with heat in their tendency to cook their food. Previously, appliances that carried out the cooking function together with the ambient cooking function were used. Over time, wooden, iron, coal, gas and electric ovens, each with a different purpose, were invented. Along with the use of electricity in homes, the first electric heater was invented in the late 19th century and soon production of electric heaters for commercial purposes began. Today, there are electric heaters in almost every home when cooking our meals or in general in daily life. Electric heaters not only cook the food, but also add flavor to the cooked food if used correctly. Foods need to be cooked in different temperatures and for different times depending on their type and weight. The buttons or keys on the front panel of the oven allow you to set which function, with which temperature and for how long the food will be cooked. In home use, especially in small kitchens, portable, counter-top mini ovens are commonly used. The cooking functions found in standard mini ovens are - Traditional Cooking - Fan Cooking (Turbo) - Grill function. Traditional Cooking: This is the most commonly used function in ovens where the upper and lower heat (resistance) come equally. This method is used for foods that are desired to be cooked both inside and out. Pastries such as cakes, cupcakes and cookies and large meats are generally cooked with this method. Fan Cooking (Turbo): Air is distributed evenly and quickly throughout the food by means of a fan. With this method, several different foods can be cooked on different shelves at the same time, opposite each other in taste and smell. With this method, the meat is sealed with a high temperature and the inside remains juicy. Cooking is done on the top shelf or on a wire grill in a lower position. In a sense, it is similar to barbecue cooking, only the barbecue is turned upside down. Foods such as meat, chicken, honey, bread slices, tomatoes, peppers are cooked. Separate functions are included in the mini-f-s as standard. In order for these functions to be realized, the liquid must be kept at the desired level. The system that performs this function is called a thermostat. The change in thermostats occurs as a result of the effect on the sensitive part in the thermostat. In thermostatic mini f- models, a predetermined fixed temperature is maintained. In standard mini f-s, a capillary thermostat is generally used. These thermostats stabilize the leakage with a ±15 degree oscillation. Therefore, for products that require precise cooking, this range causes the desired result not to be obtained. Also, since the capillary thermostat is activated at 50 ° C in standard mini f-s, it is not possible to make yoghurt at 40-450 C. Therefore, a capillary thermostat is not suitable for products such as yogurt, which must be processed with low temperature and at a precise range. In cooking dough-based products such as pizza, pide and lahmacun, specially produced plates are used. In dough-based products such as pizza, pide and lahmacun, it is necessary to ensure that the dough is cooked properly and the toppings are cooked without drying or burning. For this reason, there are electric models called pizza plates and produced for home or industrial use. These pizza, pide, lahmacun plates also called epizza plates contain rotating bottom tables. On the other hand, nowadays, especially due to the health risks of excess fat, people tend to consume less fatty foods. For this reason, airfryers have been developed that are designed to simulate the deep-fat frying method without immersing the food in oil for popular air-conditioning products. Airfryers use a fan to circulate the browning air at high temperatures. The formation of a crispy layer on the food surface is achieved through a browning reaction such as the Maillard reaction. In this way, a substitute product has been introduced to replace deep-fat frying. In the state of the art, electric fryers with standard mini fryers and fryers specially designed for dough-based products such as pizza, pide and lahmacun and fryers with airfry (air frying) feature are offered to the consumer separately. However, purchasing all of these products for each function is not meaningful, especially for home use, because it both reduces the usable area and causes a high cost. Especially in kitchens with home use, it is not possible to have separate fryers for all processes. Likewise, since there are no areas where fryers can be used fixedly in small kitchens, mini fryers can be carried and used on the counter, which is a reason for preference. As a result, in order to eliminate these problems occurring in the known state of the art, there is a need for innovation in the application of mini fryers. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The purpose of this invention is to enable the cooking of dough-based foods such as pizza, pide and lahmacun with the rotating bottom plate (pizza bowl) feature in addition to the standard mini fry features. Another purpose of the invention is to offer the airfry feature, which allows frying of healthy products in low oil, to the consumer in a single device. One of the purposes of the invention is to present a mini fryer with multiple features that allows countertop use with a portable compact design. Another purpose of the invention is to provide a ±5°C temperature control with a digital thermostat. This invention relates to a new mini fryers which include pizza, pide, lahmacun cooking and airfrying features in addition to the standard fryers function for mini fryers used at home or at work for cooking meals or for cooking previously cooked meals. The mini f-, which is the subject of the invention, in addition to standard cooking functions, includes a rotating base plate (pizza bowl) to enable cooking dough-based products such as pizza, pide, lahmacun. With the digital thermostat whose temperature range is ±5°C, precise cooking can be provided and it is possible to make yogurt with a fermentation range of 40-450C.
