Abstract
The invention relates to a surgical instrument that is used to remove the vein extending from top to bottom in the thorax at a distance of about 6-7 cm in the bypass procedure after the thorax is opened in the middle during open heart surgeries. More specifically, the present invention relates to a surgical instrument that removes the internal mammary artery (IMA) from other tissues and veins, allowing the surgeon to reach the bare vein during the intervention.
