Abstract
Buluş; özellikle yem üretim tesislerinde kullanılmak üzere geliştirilen ve hızlı elek değişimi sağlayan tek kapaklı çekiçli değirmen ile ilgilidir. Geliştirilen tek kapaklı çekiçli değirmende değirmen içerisine erişimin tek kapak aracılığı ile tek noktadan olması sayesinde hem elek sacı değişimleri hem de çekiçlerin bakımı kolay biçimde gerçekleştirilebilir olmaktadır. Geliştirilen tek kapaklı çekiçli değirmende öğütücü çekicin bağlı olduğu rotor mili (4), değirmen motoru (1) tarafında bir adet tekli rotor yatağı (5) tarafından tek taraflı olarak yataklanmaktadır. Bu sayede geliştirilen çekiçli değirmen üzerinde rotor miline (4) dik konumda değirmen kapağı (3) yerleştirilebilmektedir.Meet; It relates to a single cover hammer mill that is developed specifically for use in feed production facilities and enables rapid sieve change.
