Abstract
Mevcut buluş, ısıl işleme tabi tutulacak cam levhalara uygulanabilecek kadar ısı direncine sahip bir cam levha üretim yöntemine ilişkindir. Yöntem 450°C ila 630°C sıcaklıktaki cam levhanın en az bir ana yüzeyi ile hidrojen flüorür (HF) gazının ve hidrojen klorür (HCl) gazının temas ettirildiği gaz temas basamağını içerir. Gaz temas basamağında hidrojen florür (HF) gazını içeren bir gaz kullanılır, bu gazda, hacim itibariyle su buharının hidrojen florür (HF) gazına oranı 8'den düşüktür. Gaz temas basamağında, hidrojen flüorür (HF) gazını ve hidrojen klorür (HCl) gazını içeren gaz karışımı cam levhanın en az bir ana yüzeyi ile temas ettirilir.
