Abstract
Bir şasi (11) ve şasiye (11) göre birçok eksen doğrultusunda yer değiştirebilen bir kesme elemanını (15) taşıyan bir hareketli kısım (13) içeren bir işleme cihazı (1) aracılığıyla bir halkanın (3) dişinin onarılmasına yönelik yöntem olup; söz konusu yöntem, halkanın desteğinden (2) sökülmesi gerekmeden yerinde uygulanmaktadır; söz konusu yöntem, bir dişin (4) işlenmesinin gerçekleştirilmesi için, aşağıdaki aşamaları içermektedir: - halkanın (3) serbest yüzeyleri ile birlikte çalışan, işleme cihazının şasisine bütünleşik olarak kısımların sıkıştırılması eylemi ile söz konusu işleme cihazının (1) halkaya (3) sabitlenmesi, - bir referans dişinin serbest yüzeyi (42; 42') üzerine dayanması suretiyle işlenecek olan dişe (4) göre söz konusu işleme cihazının (1) konumunun belirlenmesi; serbest yüzey (42, 42'), işlenecek olan dişin (4) serbest yüzeyine (41) zıt yönde, referans dişinin tepesine (43; 43') göre yerleştirilmektedir; referans dişi, işlenecek olan diştir (4) veya hemen bir önceki diştir (4'), - bir belleğe dijital şekilde kaydedilen önceden belirlenmiş işleme işlemlerine göre kesme elemanının (15) kumanda edilmesi ile otomatik bir şekilde, işlenecek olan dişin (4) serbest yüzeyinin (41) işlenmesinin gerçekleştirilmesi.
