Buluş, iç çamaşırı ve benzeri üç boyutlu tekstil ürünlerinin örme işleminden sonra basınçlı buhar altında paketleme öncesi bitirme işlemlerini yerine getiren 5 çorap ütü ve fiksleme makinası (100) ile ilgilidir. Bahsedilen ütü ve fiksleme makinası (100) taşıyıcı zincir sistemine (110) sabitlenen, alüminyum malzemeden mamul ve üzerine çorapların geçirildiği en fazla 16 adet forma kalıbı (120); işlem yapılacak çorapların cinsine göre belirlenmiş olan sıcaklık ve basınçtaki buhar vasıtasıyla istenilen sürede içeride 10 tutulması ile fikse işleminin yapıldığı ve ünitesi kilit sistemi (14) ile kilitlenen otoklav ünitesi (150); kullanılan ısıtıcı sistemde enerji verimliliğinin arttırılabilmesi ve enerji sarfiyatının minimum seviyeye indirilebilmesi için kendi içerisinde ısınmış havanın geri dönüşümünü sağlayan economizer ünitesi (200) içermektedir.
