Abstract
Çok sayıda membran modülü içeren konik bir akış basıncı ile güdümlenen bir düzenlemeyi çalıştırmak için bir yöntem olup, söz konusu membran modüllerini ardışık en az iki akış aşamasına yerleştirmeyi içermektedir, öyle ki belirli bir akış aşamasında paralel olarak çalışan membran modüllerinin sayısı, bir permeat ve konsantre üretmek için, söz konusu konsantreyi ardışık akış aşamasına yönlendirerek ve söz konusu konsantreyi, söz konusu ardışık akış aşamasına ait olan bir veya daha fazla membran modülünü önceki akış aşamasına ait bir veya daha fazla membran modülü ile periyodik olarak değiştirerek, ardışık akış aşamasında sayısından daha fazladır. Söz konusu değiştirme işleminin periyodikliği, söz konusu ardışık akış aşamasında yerleştirilen membranların yüzeyinin, söz konusu konsantrenin çökeltilmesi için gereken süreden daha kısa bir süre boyunca söz konusu süper doygunluk koşulları altında ardışık akış aşamasında ya da ardışık akış aşamasının ikisinin veya daha fazlasının ilkinde organik maddelerin çökeltilmesinden önce ya da bir veya daha fazla miktarda çözülebilir tuz ve/veya mineralden çökeltilmek için söz konusu konsantrenin geçişi ile ilişkili süper doygunluk koşullarına maruz kalmasıdır. Yukarıda belirtilen yöntemi gerçekleştirmek için bir cihaz da sağlanmıştır.
