Abstract

Burada, büyük ölçekli üretimde küçültülmüş bir lipozomun üretilmesine yönelik bir yöntem ve yukarıda bahsedilen yöntemde kullanılacak bir lipozomun üretilmesine yönelik bir aparat açıklanmaktadır. İçinde en az bir lipidin bir organik solvent içinde çözüldüğü bir yağ fazı ve birinci tank ve bir sirkülasyon yoluna sahip bir aparatın bir birinci tankında bir su fazını içeren bir karışımın karıştırılması adımını içeren bir lipozom üretilmesine yönelik bir yöntem sağlanır, burada sirkülasyon yolunun kapasitesinin tankın ve sirkülasyon yolunun toplam kapasitesine oranı, 0.4 veya daha azdır ve/veya karışımın, buradan boşaltılmasının ardından birinci taka geri dönmesi için gereken süre 2.0 dakikaya kadardır.
