Abstract
Un método para extraer al menos un compuesto ramnolípido de una mezcla de fermentación de ramnolípidos; en donde el método comprende los siguientes pasos: (a) mezclar un soporte de adsorción inerte con una mezcla de fermentación de ramnolípidos; (b) disolver la mezcla en un solvente orgánico a una temperatura superior a 31ºC y a una presión superior a 73 bares; (c) separar al menos un compuesto graso; (d) agregar un cosolvente a dicho solvente orgánico; (e) modificar la temperatura y/o la presión; (f) separar un primer compuesto ramnolípido; y (g) separar un segundo compuesto ramnolípido.
