Abstract

Buluş, bir poliüretan pultruzyon kompozit ve bunun üzerine uygulanan bir kaplama tabakasını içeren bir poliüretan pultruzyon ürününü sağlar, burada poliüretan pultruzyon kompozit, bir poliüretan reçine matris ve bir destek materyalini içerir ve bir poliüretan pultruzyon prosesi ile hazırlanır, burada poliüretan reçine matrisi, aşağıdakileri içeren bir poliüretan bileşiminden hazırlanır: A) bir veya daha fazla poliizosiyanatı içeren bir izosiyanat bileşeni; B) bunları içeren bir izosiyanat-reaktif bileşeni: b1) 2-3'lük bir fonksiyona ve 10-120 mgKOH/g'lik bir hidroksil sayısına sahip bir birinci polieter poliol;b2) 3-8'lik bir fonksiyona ve 810-1900 mgKOH/g'lik bir hidroksil sayısına sahip bir ikinci polieter polil; b4) halojen ve/veya fosfor içeren bir veya daha fazla izosiyanat-reaktif alev geciktiriciler. Buluş ile sağlanan poliüretan pultruzyon ürünü, hem avantajlı alev geciktiriciye hem de kaplama tabakası ile kompozit arasında iyi yapışkanlığa sahiptir.
