Bu bulus, gövde iç duvarlarinin üretiminde plastik malzeme kullanilan bir
buzdolabi ile ilgilidir.
Dünyada yillik toplam polimer üretiminin 350-400 milyon ton civarinda oldugu
bilinmektedir ve enerji kaynaklarinin hizla tükenmesi sonucu ürünlerin imalatinda

levhalara sicak sekillendirme (thermoforming) islemi ile son sekilleri
verilmektedir. Düsük maliyetli ve hafif bir buzdolabi üretimi için kullanilan
polimer hammadde miktari azaltilabilir ancak bu kez isil yalitimin bozulmasi gibi
kalite problemleri ortaya çikmaktadir.
US sayili Birlesik Devletler patent basvurusunda bir buzdolabi
kabininin üretim prosesi açiklanmaktadir.
Bu bulusun amaci, iç duvarinin üretildigi hammadde miktari azaltilarak malzeme
tasarrufu saglanan bir buzdolabinin gerçeklestirilmesidir.
Bu bulusun amacina ulasmak için gerçeklestirilen buzdolabinda gövde ve kapi iç
duvarlari, ekstrüzyon yöntemiyle plastik levhalardan üretilmektedir. Iç duvar üç
katmanli yapida olup poliüretana temas eden ve polistiren bazli plastik
malzemeden üretilen bir alt katman, gidalarin yerlestirildigi iç bölmelere bakan,
polistiren bazli plastik malzemeden üretilen bir üst katman ve alt katman ile üst
katman arasinda yer alan bir ara katmandan olusmaktadir. Ara katman, polistiren
bazli bir ana malzemeye sitrik asit ve sodyum bikarbonat içeren köpürtücü ajan
ilave edilerek köpürtülen polistirenden üretilmektedir.
Köpürtücü ajan, sitrik asit ve sodyum bikarbonatin bilesimi olan sodyum sitrat
dihidrat granüllerinden olusmakta, söz konusu granüller stiren bazli polimer ile
kaplanarak enkapsüle edilmektedir.
Bulusun bir uygulamasinda, ara katman, tamami yüksek darbe dayanimli
polistirenden olusan ana malzemeye köpürtücü ajan ilave edilerek üretilmektedir.
Bulusun bir baska uygulamasinda ara katman, yüksek darbe dayanimli polistiren,
ABS ve genel amaçli polistiren karisimi içeren ana malzemeye köpürtücü ajan

Buzdolabi (1), bir gövde (2), en az bir kapi (3), içine yiyecek ve içecek
maddelerinin yerlestirildigi en az bir sogutucu/dondurucu bölme (4), ekstrüzyon
yöntemiyle plastik malzemeden üretilen ve gövde (2) ile kapilarin (3) bölmelere
(4) bakan iç yüzeylerini olusturan bir iç duvar (inner lining) (5), gövde (2) ve
kapilarinin (3) dis tarafini olusturan bir dis duvar (6) ve iç duvar (5) ile dis duvar
(6) arasinda yer alan ve içine poliüretan (PU) enjekte edilen bir yalitim hacmi (7)
içermektedir.
Bulus konusu buzdolabinda (1) iç duvar (5) üç katmanli bir yapida olup, yalitim
hacmi (7) tarafinda yer alan, yalitim hacmine (7) enjekte edilen poliüretana (PU)
temas eden ve polistiren (PS) bazli plastik malzemeden üretilen bir alt katman (8),
bölmelere (4) hakan iç yüzeyini olusturan, polistiren (PS) bazli plastik
malzemeden üretilen bir üst katman (9) ve alt katman (8) ile üst katman (9)
arasinda yer alan, polistiren (PS) bazli ana malzemeye (base material) kimyasal
köpürtücü ajan (foaming agent) ilave edilerek köpürtülen polistirenden (XPS)
üretilen bir ara katman (10) içermektedir.
Bulusun bir uygulamasinda ara katmanin (10) polistiren (PS) bazli ana
malzemesine eklenen köpürtücü ajan, sitrik asit (C6H807) ve sodyum bikarbonat
(3NaHCO3) içermektedir.
Bulusun tercih edilen uygulamasinda ara katmanin (10) üretiminde ilave edilen
köpürtücü ajani olusturan sitrik asit (C6H807) ve sodyum bikarbonatin
(3NaHCO3) bilesimi olan sodyum sitrat dihidrat (C6H5Na307) granülleri, stiren
bazli polimer ile kaplanarak enkapsüle edilmektedir.
Bu uygulamada köpürtücü ajani olusturan sodyum sitrat dihidrat (C6H5Na307)
bikarbonat (3NaHCO3) içermektedir. Enkapsülasyon prosesinde püskürtmeli
kurutma (Spray drying) cihazi kullanimi tercih edilmektedir.
Bulusun bir baska uygulamasinda, ara katman (10), %100`ü yüksek darbe
dayanimli polistirenden (HIPS: High Impact Polystyrene) olusan ana malzemeye
(base material) köpürtücü ajan ilave edilerek üretilmektedir.
Bulusun bir baska uygulamasinda ara katman (10), yüksek darbe dayanimli
polistiren (HIPS), ABS (akrilonitril butadien stiren) ve genel amaçli polistiren
(GPPS: general purpose polistiren) karisimi içeren ana malzemeye köpürtücü ajan
ilave edilerek üretilmektedir. Bu uygulamada ara katmanin (10) ana malzemesi
Ara katmanin (10) HIPS veya HIPS+ABS+GPPS karisimi içeren ana
malzemesine üretim esnasinda ekstrüderde %0,5 - 7 oraninda köpürtücü ajan ilave
edilmektedir.
Bulus konusu uygulamada kullanilan enkapsüle edilmis köpürtücü ajan, proses
sartlarinda kontrollü olarak gaz formuna geçmekte ve ara katmanin (10) ana
malzemesi (HIPS, GPPS, ABS) diger bir ifadeyle polimer matriksi içinde
kontrollü olarak çözünmektedir. Enkapsüle edilmis sitrik asit (C6H807) ve
sodyum bikarbonatin (3NaHCO3), proses sicakliklarina uygun ve ara katmanin
(10) ana malzemesi (polimer matriksi) içerisinde çözünme orani yüksek oldugu
deneysel çalismalarla tespit edilmistir. Enkapsülasyon prosesinde, köpürtücü
ajanin etrafi stiren bazli polimer (polimer sivi) ile kaplanmaktadir ve elde edilen
sodyum sitrat dihidrat (C6H5Na307) granülleri küre seklindedir. Köpürtücü
ajanin enkapsüle edilmis olmasi sayesinde üretim esnasinda (ekstrüder içerisinde)
kontrollü gaz salinimi saglanmakta, homojen bir köpük dagilimi elde
edilmektedir. Köpürtücü ajan partiküllerinin etrafinin stiren bazli yani polimer
malzeme ile kaplanmasi, malzemenin dogrudan gaz formuna geçmesini azaltarak
ekstrüder içerisinde ve dolayisiyla ara katman (10) malzemesi (HIPS, GPPS,
ABS) içerisinde homojen olarak yayilmasini saglamaktadir. Köpürtücü ajan
enkapsüle edildigi için üretim sirasinda ekstrüder içerisinde sicakliklarin istem
disi artmasi Önlenmekte, gaz sahnimi kontrollü olarak gerçeklesmektedir.
Homojen bir köpük dagilimi elde edilmekte ve iç duvarin (5) isi] yalitimi
iyilestirilmektedir.
Bulusun bir baska uygulamasinda iç duvarin (5) bölmelere (4) bakan üst katmani
(9) parlak (glossy) polistirenden (PS) üretilmektedir. Üst katmanin (9) kimyasal
dayaniminin yüksek olmasinin yanisira yüzey pürüzlülügü de istenilen sinirlar
arasinda oldugundan, iç duvarda (5) kolay temizlik imkani saglanmakta ve estetik
görünüm iyilestirilmektedir.
Bulusun bir baska uygulamasinda iç duvarin (5) poliüretanla (PU) temas eden alt
katmani (8), üzerine etkiyen gerilimlere karsi yüksek kirilma dirençli (ESCR:
Enviromental Stress Crack Resistance) polistirenden (PS) üretilmekte, Iç duvarin
(5) yalitim hacmine (7) enjekte edilen poliüretanin (PU) kürlenmesinde açiga
çikan “c-pentane” gibi genlesme gazlarindan dolayi etkiyen gerilimlere karsi
mekanik dayanimi arttirilmaktadir.
Bulus konusu buzdolabi (1) iç duvarinin (5) ara katmani (10), parlak polistirenden
üretilen üst katman (9) ve ESCR özellikli polistirenden (PS) üretilen alt katmanin
(8) arasinda bulundugundan, ara katmanin (10), üst katman (9) ve alt katmanin (8)
parlaklik ve mekanik dayanim özelliklerini saglamasi geregi ortadan
kaldirilmistir. Ara katmana (10) köpürtücü ajan ilave edilerek hacmi arttirilmakta,
iç duvarin (5) ve dolayisiyla buzdolabinin (1) agirligi azaltilmaktadir. Iç duvarin
(5) üretiminde malzeme tasarrufu saglanarak maliyet azaltilmaktadir. Kullanlan
köpürtücü ajan ile ara katman (10) içinde homojen bir köpük dagilimi elde
edilmekte, iç duvarin (5) isi] yalitimi iyilestirilmektedir.
Claims (10)
1 - Buzdolabi (1), bir gövde (2), en az bir kapi (3), içine yiyecek ve içecek maddelerinin yerlestirildigi en az bir sogutucu/dondurucu bölme (4), ekstrüzyon yöntemiyle plastik malzemeden üretilen ve gövde (2) ile kapilarin (3) bölmelere (4) bakan iç yüzeylerini olusturan bir iç duvar (5), gövde (2) ve kapilarinin (3) dis tarafini olusturan bir dis duvar (6) ve iç duvar (5) ile dis duvar (6) arasinda yer alan ve içine poliüretan (PU) enjekte edilen bir yalitim hacmi (7) içeren, yalitim hacmi (7) tarafinda yer alan bir alt katman (8), bölmelere (4) bakan iç yüzeyini olusturan bir üst katman (9) ve alt katman (8) ile üst katman (9) arasinda yer alan, polistiren (PS) bazli ana malzemeye köpürtücü ajan ilave edilerek köpürtülen polistirenden (XPS) üretilen bir ara katman (10) içeren iç duvar (5) ile karakterize edilen bir buzdolabi (1).
2 - Sitrik asit (C6H807) ve sodyum bikarbonat (3NaHC03) içeren köpürtücü ajan ile karakterize edilen Istem l,deki gibi bir buzdolabi (l).
3 - %40 - 50 sitrik asit (C içeren sodyum sitrat dihidrat (C6H5Na307) granüllerinden olusan köpürtücü ajan ile karakterize edilen Istem 2”deki gibi bir buzdolabi (1).
4 - Sitrik asit (C bilesimi olan sodyum sitrat dihidrat (C6H5Na307) granülleri, stiren bazli polimer ile kaplanarak enkapsüle edilen köpürtücü ajan ile karakterize edilen Istem 1 ila 39ten herhangi birindeki gibi bir buzdolabi (l).
5 - Tamami yüksek darbe dayanimli polistirenden (HIPS) olusan ana malzemeye (base material) köpürtücü ajan ilave edilerek üretilen ara katman (10) ile karakterize edilen Istem 1*deki gibi bir buzdolabi (1).
6 - Yüksek darbe dayanimli polistiren (HIPS), ABS ve genel amaçli polistiren
(GPPS) karisimi içeren ana malzemeye köpürtücü ajan ilave edilerek üretilen ara katman (10) ile karakterize edilen Istem lideki gibi bir buzdolabi (1). içeren ara katman (10) ile karakterize edilen Istem 6idaki gibi bir buzdolabi (1).
8 - HIPS veya HIPS+ABS+GPPS karisimi içeren ana malzemesine %0,5 - 7 oraninda köpürtücü ajan ilave edilen ara katman (10) ile karakterize edilen Istem 5 ila Tden herhangi birindeki gibi bir buzdolabi (l).
9 - Parlak polistirenden (PS) üretilen bir üst katman (9) içeren iç duvar (5) ile karakterize edilen Istem lideki gibi bir buzdolabi (1).
10 - Yüksek kirilma dirençli (ESCR) polistirenden (PS) üretilen alt katman (8) içeren iç duvar (5) ile karakterize edilen Istem l'deki gibi bir buzdolabi (l).
