Abstract

Mevcut buluş NSAİ ilaçların GI (Gastrointestinal) sisteme olan zararlarını önlemek ya da azaltmak amacıyla NSAİ ilaçlarda bulunan asidik grupların maskelenmesi için bir yöntem sunmaktadır. Geçiştirilen yöntem temel olarak NSAİ ilaçlara ait karboksilik asit gruplarının metil esterifikasyonuna maruz bırakılması ve akabinde amitlenmesi suretiyle yeni amit türevlerinin oluşturulmasını içermektedir. Buluş ayrıca ön ilaç olarak kullanıma uygun yeni NSAİ ilaçların amit türevlerine ilişkindir.
