Abstract

Buluş içerdiği lazer diyot (112) ve bir kolimatör (111) sayesinde mesafesi ölçülecek objeye (3) bir lazer ışını (4) gönderen bir ışın kaynağı (11), objede (3) oluşan lazer ışını lekesini algılayan bir optik alıcı (12) ve bahsedilen optik alıcının (12) ürettiği elektriksel sinyali mesafe bilgisini elde etmek üzere işleyen bir işlemci birimi (24) içeren bir lazerli mesafe ölçüm sensörüdür . Söz konusu sensör lazer diyot (112) tarafından üretilen ve objeden (3) yansıyan ışın şiddetlerini sürekli izlemekte ve ışın şiddetinde belirlenen toleransların ötesinde bir değişim olduğunda lazer diyotun (112) ışın şiddetini tekrar optimal değere ayarlamaktadır . Buluş konusu sensör kompanze edemeyeceği durumlarda da hatalı ölçümleri önlemek üzere bir uyarı sinyali vermektedir .The invention comprises a laser source (11) which transmits a laser beam (4) to the object (3) whose distance is measured by means of the laser diode (112) and a collimator (111), an optical receiver (12) sensing the laser beam spot formed in the object (3); and a laser distance measuring sensor comprising a processing unit (24) which processes the electrical signal generated by said optical receiver (12) to obtain distance information. The sensor continuously monitors the beam intensities produced by the laser diode 112 and reflected from the object 3 and adjusts the beam intensity of the laser diode 112 back to the optimal value when there is a change in the beam intensity beyond the specified tolerances. The sensor according to the invention also provides a warning signal to prevent incorrect measurements even if it cannot compensate.
