Abstract

Burada bir transformatör tankının deformasyon limitini yükselten, böylece esas olarak basınçtaki anı bir artışı önleyen ve birim alan başına kırılır disklerin sayısını arttırarak kıvılcım tankın neresinde ortaya çıkarsa çıksın tankın kırılmasını önleyen bir kırılma önleme sistemi açıklanmaktadır. Sistem transformatör tankına yerleştirilen ve koruyucu kalkanı, doğrudan transformatör tankına takılmayacak şekilde destekleyen bir destek parçası içerir. Transformatör tankından dışarı doğru uzanan borulara birçok kırılır disk monte edilir ve transformatör tankındaki basınç önceden belirlenmiş bir basınç seviyesine ulaştığında bunlar kırılır. Transformatöre bitişik bir pozisyondan dik olarak birçok tahliye tankı yerleştirilir ve bunlar borulara bağlanır. Ayrıca tahliye tanklarının her birine alt bir pozisyonda bir yağ basınç manometresi monte edilir ve yalıtım yağı tahliye tankı içine aktığında bu bir sinyal üretir.
