Abstract

Mevcut buluş, sefuroksim aksetil ilacının acılığını saklamak için söz konusu ilacın bir lipit ile veya bir lipitler karışımı ile kaplanması için yenibir prosese dairdir. Bu yeni proses aşağıda belirtilen aşamalardan oluşmaktadır: erimiş lipit ya dalipitler karışımının hava ile karıştırılan partikül halde sefuroksim aksetil üzerine atomize şekilde püskürtülmesi, erimiş lipit veya lipitler karışımının partikül halinde sefuroksim aksetil üzerindekatılaştırılması, ve söz konusu lipit veya lipitler karışımı kaplanmış sefuroksim aksetil partiküllerinin edilmesi. Erimiş lipit, soğuma sırasında katılaşmakta ve bir akışkan yatak içinde askıda bulunan partikülleri kaplamaktadır.
