Abstract

Doğal gaz ve LPG' nin direkt ayrışması ile hidrojen üretimi yönteminde çok kademeli adsorplanma yolu ile hazırlanmış, gamma-alüminyum oksit üzerinde nikel-demir katalizörü kullanılmaktadır. Yöntemde kullanılan katalizörün hazırlanmasında nikel ve 10 demirin nitrat tuzlarının sulu çözeltileri gamma-alüminyum yüzeyine birlikte adsorplanmakta, katalizör yüzeyindeki nikel ve demirin ağırlık oranlan l: l ve toplam miktarları ağırlıkça %20-40 aralığında olmaktadır. Bu yöntemin sıcaklığı 550-650 °C aralığında olmaktadır.
