Abstract

Mevcut buluş, melaturji sanayinde kullanılan bir yüksek fırınının üfürülecek havaya ilk ısıtmayı temin eden sobasına (hot-blans-stove), özellikle de ön yanma odasında ısı yalıtım katmanlarına sahip bir üstten yanmalı sobaya ilişkindir. Isı yalıtım katmanının ön yanma odasının içme konulması,ön yanma odasındaki iç kısımdan, gaz halka oyuğundakı ve hava halka oyuğundakı iç kısma ısı geçmesini etkili olarak engelleyebilir, gaz halka oyuğunun ve hava halka oyuğunun iç kısmındaki sıcaklıkları indirebilir, sıcaklık stresini azaltabilir ve bu esnada termal genleşmeyi ortadan kaldırarak, ısının gaz halka oyuğunun iç kısımları ile hava halka oyuğununiç kısımlan arasında serbestçe dolaşmasını sağlar, dolayısıyla gaz halka oyuğunun ve hava halka oyuğunun iç kısımlarına karşı bir darbe oluşturulamaz, böylece sıcak hava sobasının hizmet ömrü uzatılır.
