Abstract

Katı artıkların hafif bir sıvı bileşen ve ağır bir bileşenin yağ içeren mahsul ya da benzerlerinden yağ ekstrakt etmek için olan bir işlemden elde edilen bir pirinadan ayrılması için metod, ayırt edici özelliği aşağıdaki aşamaları içermesidir: a) sözü edilen pirinanın (RS) bir birinci yatay eksenli santifrüj ekstraktör ya da dekantöre (D1) beslenmesi; b) en azından bir birinci hafif sıvı bileşenden (O1) ve bir birinci ağır sıvı bileşenden (A1) oluşan bir birinci katı artık maddenin (S1) ve en azından bir sıvı bileşenin (L1;A1) ayrılması ve ekstraksiyonu; c) sözü edilen sıvı bileşenin (L1;A1) ikinci bir yatay eksen santifrüj ekstraktöre (D2) beslenmesi; d) bir ikinci katı artık (S2), bir hafif sıvı bileşen (O2) ve bir ağır sıvı artık (A2) içeren sözü edilen ikinci dekantörün (D2) ayrılması ve ayrı ekstraksiyonu.
