Abstract

Bulus, sentetik malzemelerin, özellikle polietilen-terftalat (PET) gibi polyester malzemelerin termik muamelesi veya son muamelesi için bir tertibatla ilgilidir. Granülün (8) gazlanmasi esas olarak baca tipi reaktörün konik tahliye kisminda (5) gerçeklesir. Bu amaçla konik tahliye kisminda (5), konik bir üst kisim (5a) ile konik bir alt kisim (5c) arasinda silindirik bir orta kisim (5b) bulunur. Adi geçen silindirik orta kisimda, araliklari dikey bir sekilde tahliye kisminin (5) eksenine paralel uzanan silindirik manto biçimli bir yarikli elek (10) vardir. Bulusun özelligi, tahliye kisminda (5) bulunan granülün (8) büyük kisminin gazlanmasidir.
