Abstract

Durulama suyu ters ozmaz veya zardan ultrafiltrasyon yoluyla konsantre edilir ve önmuamele solüsyonuna geri alinir.Before the aluminum alloy substrate is coated with a polymer, it is treated with an organophosphorus compound, preferably with an aqueous solution containing a vinylphosphonic acid-acrylic acid copolymer. Passing the substrate through the solution contaminates the solution with aluminum and other elements. The pretreatment solution is preferably renewed by removing aluminum with a cation exchange resin containing a styrene-divinyl benzene copolymer functionalized with sulfonate groups. Rinsing the substrate contaminates the rinse water with the copolymer. The rinse water does not reverse or concentrate through the membrane by ultrafiltration and taken back to the pretreatment solution.
