Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "REVESTINDO UM SUBSTRATO DE LIGA DE ALUMìNIO". A solução de pré-tratamento é rejuvenescida pela remoção do alumínio com uma resina trocadora de cátions que contém preferivelmente um copolímero estireno divinil benzeno funcionalizado com grupos sulfonato. Enxaguando-se o substrato contamina-se a água de enxág³e com o copolímero. A água de enxág³e é concentrada por osmose reversa ou ultrafiltração da membrana e retornada à solução de pré-tratamento.Invention Patent: "COVERING AN ALUMINUM ALLOY SUBSTRATE". An aluminum alloy substrate is pretreated with an aqueous solution containing an organophosphorus compound, preferably an acrylic acid vinylphosphonic acid copolymer, before coating the substrate with a polymer. Passing the substrate through the solution it is contaminated with aluminum and other elements. The pretreatment solution is rejuvenated by removing the aluminum with a cation exchange resin that preferably contains a styrene divinyl benzene copolymer functionalized with sulfonate groups. Rinsing the substrate contaminates the rinse water with the copolymer. The rinse water is concentrated by reverse osmosis or ultrafiltration of the membrane and returned to the pre-treatment solution.
