Abstract

Önüne yakit tarafinda bir ögütmeli kurutma tesisi konulmus kömür ocagina sahip bir istim üreticinin çalistirilmasina yarayan yöntem olup, bu yöntemde ögütmeli kurutma tesisine istim üreticinin yakma hücresinden çekilmis duman gazi kurutma gazi olarak bir duman gazi geri emme bacasindan geçirilerek verilir ve kurutma gazina ocak birincil havasi ve yerine göre istim üreticinin ocak tarafindaki çikisindan kaynaklanan soguk duman gazi kurutma gazinin sogutulmasi için tavlama ortami olarak karistirilir ve tavlama ortami miktari önceden belirlenmis ve/veya ögütmeli kurutma tesisinin sonrasinda saptanmis kurutma gazi isisina göre ayarlanir, bu arada tavlama ortaminin kismi bir miktari duman gazi geri emme bacasinin içine verilen sogutma suyu vasitasiyla ikame edilir ve kurutma gazi verilen sogutma suyunun buharlasmasi için gerekli olan buharlasma isisi kadar sogutulur ayni zamanda yöntemin uygulanmasi için bir aygittir (sekil 1).
