Abstract

Alüminyum folyolardan olusan buzdolabi evaporatör ve kondensatörleri üzerinde, çalismalari esnasinda su birikimini ve buzlanmayi önleyen, neme dayanikli bir metod gelistirildi. Su birikimini ve buzlanmayi önleyici yüzey özelligini saglamak üzere, islatma açisi 10 -20 olan bir kimyasal formülasyon ve kompozisyonda uygun bir solüsyon belirlendi. Bu solüsyon sol-gel teknigi ile hazirlandi ve bu karisimla oda sicakliginda daldirma veya püskürtme yöntemleri ile alüminyum folyolardan olusmus evaporatör ve kondensatör yüzeylerine kaplandi. Kaplanmis materyal etüvde 40-150 C sicaklikta 5 saat-5 dakika süreyle tutuldu ve gerekli sertlik ve tutunma saglandi. Kaplanmis yüzeylerde islatma açisi 10 -20 arasinda ölçüldü ve sartlandirma odalarinda 0/-50 C sicaklikta 20 gün ile 8 saat süreyle test edildi, yüzeyde herhangi bir buzlanma gözlenmedi.
