Abstract

Bulus, sayisal görüntü ve ses verilerinin Internet gibi bir iletisim ortaminda iletilmesine iliskin bir yöntemdir. Yöntemde bir video görüntüsü sahnesini temsil eden bir çerçevenin sayisal veri seti saglanmaktadir. Bu sahnenin tekrarlanan çerçeveler çoklugu üzerinden sayisal verilere uygulanacak bir veya daha fazla filtrenin verileri ve parametreleri çevrilmekte ve sayisal veriler ile birlikte diger bir yere bir iletisim ortaminda iletilmektedir. Söz konusu diger yerde alinan bu sayisal veriler bir veya daha fazla video filtresi ve parametreleri uygulanarak tekrarlanan çerçeveler çoklugu üzerinde yeniden üretilmekte , ve bu diger yerde yeniden bir video filmi olusturulmaktadir.Bu yöntem sayesinde iletisim ortaminda geçen iletim süresi, tüm video verilerinin iletilmesi için gerekli süreden daha az olmaktadir.
