Kagit hazirlanmasi gibi kuru lif dokunun teskili için bir sekillendirme kutusu (1) aparata açilmaktadir. Sekillendirme kutusuna (1) tasima borulari (6) vasitasiyla havada tasinan lif bulutu getirilmektedir. Sekillendirme kutusu (1) altinda bir sekillendirme teli (3) ve bir vakum kutusu (5) yerlestirilmistir. Çok uzun liflerin isleme tabi tutulma imkani ortaya çikartmak ve çok yüksek bir kapasite olusturmak için, sekillendirme kutusu, net veya bir alt levha olmadan hazirlanmistir. Bunlarin yerine, sekillendirme kutusunun (1) açik bir alt kismi bulunmakta, lif malzemesi buradan sekillendirme teli (3) üzerine serbest olarak birakilmaktadir. Sekillendirme kutusunda, döner uzun ve ucu sivri büyük çivi merdaneleri (7) sekillendirme kutusunun kesit alaninin tamamini büyük ölçüde kapsayacak sekilde yerlestirilmislerdir. Bu döner uzun ve ucu sivri büyük çivi merdanelerinin çok büyük kapasitede tekdüzen bir sekilde teskil edilmis lif dokulari elde etme imkanini sekillendirme ... (DEVAMI VAR).
