Abstract
Bulus ampisilinin hazirlanmasi için bir prosesle ilgilidir, bu proseste 6- aminopenisilanik asit (6-APA) bir fenilglisin türevi yardimiyla bir enzimatik asilasyon reaksiyonuna tabi tutulur, 6-APA'nin toplam konsantrasyonu reaksiyon karisiminda ampisilin ile birlikte 250mM' den fazladir, solüsyondaki 6-APA konsantrasyonu 300mM' den düsük tutulur ve 6-APA'ya uygulanan asilasyon ajaninin buna olan molar orani 2.5'ten düsüktür. Reaksiyon karisiminda çözülmüs halde bulunan 6-APA konsantrasyonu çesitli yöntemlerle düsük tutulabilir. 6-APA konsantrasyonunu düsük tutmanin bir yolu, baslangiçta total 6-APA miktarinin bir kisminin konulup gerisinin reaksiyon sirasinda eklenmesidir. 6-APA' nin toplam miktari tercihen reaksiyonun baslangicinda katilir. Çözülmüs 6-APA konsantrasyonunu düsük tutmanin baska bir uygun metodu da, örnegin, pH degerini reaksiyon elemanlarinin azami çözülürlügünün elde edildigi pH degerine nispeten daha düsük tutmaktir, bu örnegin, fenilglisin türevi, (DEVAMI VAR..)
