Bu bulus bilgiyi kodlamak ve kodunu çözmek için yöntem ve araçlara iliskindir. Birinci ikili hane setinden olusan bir mesaji kodlama yöntemi, her sözü geçen ikili hane birinci degere ("0") veya ikinci degere ("1") haiz oldugu halde asagidaki adimlari ihtiva eder: birinci bit setini (Y) almak (S200); birinci bit setine (Y) katsilik ikinci bir bit (ei,ei+1) seti (E) üretmek (S220-S370,Sekil 3B,3C); ve ikinci setteki (E) birinci ikili degere haiz bit sayisi birinci sette (Y) birinci ikili degere haiz bit sayisindan daha büyük olacak sekilde ikinci setteki (E) bit (ei,ei+1) degerlerini seçmek.
