Abstract
Bulus, asagidaki basarili asamalardan geçen, en azindan bir yüzeyi çinko kaplamali saclarin olusturdugu fireleri degerlendirmekle ilgilidir. a) mekanik isleme olarak tanimlanan birinci asamada, çinko kaplama olusturan kisimlari isleme hazirlayan daglama yüzeyini arttirarak, bir bölüm, ezme yoluyla ayristirilirken, diger bölüm çinko kaplamalari oluklarla bertaraf etmeyi amaçlayan çinko kaplamalarin kimyasal daglamaya hazirlanmalari; b) kimyasal daglama olarak adlandirilan ikinci asamada, sözkonusu firelerin bir soda banyosuna tabi tutularak çinkonun eritilmesi. c) Üçüncü asamada çinkoyu sacdan tamamen ayirmak ve eriyen çinkoyu kimyasal daglamaya almak. Eriyen çinko daha sonra elektrolizle toplanir. Bulus, otomobil sanayinde yeni günahlar olarak adlandirilan firelerin toplanmasi ve degerlendirilmesiyle ilgili bir yöntemi içermektedir.
