Abstract

Bu bulus bakterilerin antibiyotiklere karsi duyarliliklarini 4 ila 6 saat içerisinde saptayabilen bir test kiti ile ilgilidir.Bakterilerin antibiyotiklere duyarliliklarini saptayan alisagelmis testler 18 ila 24 saatlik süre gerektirmektedir.Bu bulusun esasi, testin bakteri çogalmasini kisa sürede gösteren renk indikatörlü özel ortamda yapilmasidir.Bu testte belli bir antibiyotik konsantrasyonunda bakterilerin metabolizmasini sürdürüp sürdürmedigi ortamin renk degistirmesi ile kisa sürede anlasilmakta ve bakterinin o antibiyotige duyarli olup olmadigi ortaya çikmaktadir.Böylece, herhangi bir okuyucu cihaz gerekmeden kisa sürede sonuç alinmaktadir.
