Abstract

The DC60 headlight assembly includes a concave-shaped reflector 120 with a left reflective surface 121L and a right reflective surface 121R to reflect the emitted light from the headlight bulb in the desired direction. Additionally, the headlight assembly includes protective covers 140L and 140R for covering the outer edges of the reflector 122L and 122R, and is painted a different color from the left reflective surface 121L and the right reflective surface 121R. The headlight assembly includes a concave-shaped reflector 120 with a left reflective surface 121L and a right reflective surface 121R to reflect the emitted light from the headlight bulb in the desired direction. The desired direction, additionally, the headlight assembly includes protective covers 140L, 140R for covering the outer edges, 122L, 122R for the reflector 120, and is painted in a different color from the left reflector surface 121L and the right reflector surface 121R.

Claims (8)

1. The functional electrical assembly consists of: the headlight housing; a concave-shaped reflector mounted on the headlight housing with a reflective surface that directs the emitted light from the headlight bulb in the desired direction; a cover installed on the lower outer edge of the reflector, painted in a different color from the reflective surface; and the front cover of the straddling vehicle positioned in front of the lower reflector. From a side view of the straddling vehicle, the opening of the headlight assembly, built onto the front cover, is aligned with a straight line running through the center of the headlight bulb's light emission, and the cover... 2. The headlight assembly as per claim 1, whereby the housing is mounted as a set along the outer edge. 3. Headlight assembly as per claim 1, where the cover is transparent. 4. Headlight assembly as per claim 1, whereby the housing is attached to the outer edge and the body is separate from the reflector. 5. The front electrical assembly pursuant to claim paragraph 4, where a narrow groove is created on the outer edge, and the side ends of the cover are fitted into that narrow groove. 6. The front electrical assembly as per claim 1, where the housing is in the shape of a long strip and is arranged along the outer edge. 7. The headlight assembly as per claim 1, where the housing is constructed by applying paint to the outer edges. 8. A straddling vehicle equipped with a headlight assembly as specified in any of Claims 1 through 7.
