These extracts are then processed using a solvent before being used to produce a gel. This gel is prepared by mixing a gelling agent with water, then adding the Panchanth herbal extract and chitosan. Next, aloe vera juice (which has wound-healing, antibacterial, and healing properties), alcohol, and fragrance are added before triethanolamine is incorporated. The resulting hand sanitizer gel cleans hands without the need for rinsing with water. The formula and manufacturing process of this herbal hand sanitizer gel utilizes the Panchanth herbal extract, known for its antibacterial properties, and aloe vera, which possesses wound-healing, antibacterial, and healing properties. The gel is prepared by mixing a gelling agent with water and then adding the Panchanth herbal extract. Then add triclosan, aloe vera juice, alcohol, and fragrance before adding triethanolamine. The formula for making hand sanitizer gel from the five-ingredient herbal blend, as per the invention, can be prepared from: (Percentage by weight) Water that has been deionized using resin 43-45. 95% Ethyl Alcohol 45-50 Gelling agent (Ultrez 10) 0.3-0.4 Triethanolamine 0.3-0.4 Aloe vera juice 4.0-5.0 Powdered extract of Panax quinquefolius 0.2-0.4 Triclosan 0.10-0.15 Fragrance oil 0.01-0.02 2. The manufacturing process of hand sanitizer gel from the Panchanth herb, as per claim 1, involves the following steps: Pour the gelling agent (ultrez) into the water and let it stand without stirring for 2 minutes to allow the agent to disperse. Mix the ingredients thoroughly, then gently stir to ensure a homogeneous solution before adding the extract powder. The herbal mixture containing Panax quinquefolius and triclosan, dissolved in ethanol, is mixed thoroughly. Then, the following is added... Aloe vera juice is prepared by blending the clear gel until smooth, straining it through a cheesecloth, and stirring well. Extract the herbal powder using 95% ethanol at a ratio of ethanol to herb of 10:1. Soak for 24 hours. After passing through a vacuum filter, the solvent is evaporated using a rotary evaporator at 50 degrees Celsius for 1 hour.
