Abstract

สารประกอบต่างๆ ซึ่งมีสูตร (สูตรทางเคมี)ซึ่งหมู่ R3 และ NR1R2 อยู่ในตำแหน่งที่เป็นซิสซึ่งกันและ กัน Y เป็น OH,R4COO, (R5)2 NCOO หรือ R6อยู่ในตำแหน่ง 5 หรือตำแหน่ง 7 อย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดได้ R4 เป็นหมู่ C1-C5 แอลคิลหรือเฟนิลที่เลือกแทนที่ได้ ,R5 เป็น C1-C5 แอลคิล ,R6 เป็นแอลคิลหรือเบนซิล; R1 เป็นไฮโดรเจน หรือ C1-C3 แอลคิล; R2เป็น C1-C6 แอลคิล,หมู่เฟนิลแอลคิลหรือ m-ไฮดรอก ซิเฟนิลแอลคิลชนิดที่ส่วนแอลคิลมีคาร์บอน 2-4 อะตอม ,หรือ C3-C6 แอล เคนิลอื่นที่ไม่ใช่ 1-แอลเคนิล และ R3 เป็น C1-C3 แอลคิล,เป็นเบสอิสระหรือเกลือที่เกิดขึ้นจากการรวมกับกรด ซึ่งยอมรับใช้ในทางเภสัชกรรม,เตรียมได้โดยวิธีต่างๆ สาร ประกอบเหล่านี้ใช้ประโยชน์เพื่อความมุ่งในการบำบัดรักษา โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการรักษาความผิดปกติระบบประสาทศูนย์กลาง Compounds with formulas (chemical formulas) in which groups R3 and NR1R2 are in the coexistence position, Y is OH, R4COO, (R5) 2 NCOO or R6 is in position 5 or position 7. 1. Processes for preparing compound formulas (Chemical formula)

2. Process according to claim 1 for the preparation of compound formula I, where Y is OH, R4C00 or R6O, where R4 is an alternative phenyl group and R6 is an alkyl group, and R1, R2 and R3. Has the meaning as given in claim 1.

3. Process according to claim 1 for the preparation of compound formula I, in which R4 is methyl, phenyl or 4-alkanoyl oxifenyl, whose alkyl group contains 1-4 carbon atoms R5. It is methyl, R6 is alkyl, R1 is hydrogen or alkyl with 1-3 carbon.
