Abstract

Claims

1. Procedure for the preparation of compounds with the chemical formula (formula). 2. Procedure according to claim 1 for the preparation of compounds with the formula I, where Y is OH, R4CO0 or R6O, where R4 is a selectable substitution phenyl group and R6 is an alkyl group, and

2. R1, R2, and R3 have the meanings as defined in Claim 1.

3. Procedure pursuant to claim I for the preparation of compounds of formula I, where R4 is methyl, phenyl, or 4-alkanoyloxyphenyl with 1-4 carbon atoms in the alkyl group; R5 is methyl; R6 is an alkyl; R1 is a hydrogen or alkyl with 1-3 carbon atoms; R2 is an alkyl with 3-6 carbon atoms or a phenyl alkyl group or m-hydroxyphenyl alkyl with 2-3 carbon atoms in the alkyl portion; and R3 is methyl or ethyl.

4. Procedure under Claim 1 for the preparation of compound formula I, where R1 is n-profil.

5. Procedure pursuant to claim 1 for the preparation of compounds of formulation I, where R2 is an alkyl group with 3-6 carbon atoms or a phenylalkyl with a non-branched alkyl group containing 2-3 carbon atoms, and R3 is a methyl or ethyl alkyl.

6. Procedure under Claim 1 for the preparation of compound formula I, where R3 is methyl.

7. The procedure under claim 1 for the preparation of a compound of formula I, where Y is OH and is at position 5.

8. Procedure pursuant to claim 1 for the preparation of the compound cis-5-hydroxy-1-methyl-2-(di-n-propylamino) Theprasin.
