Abstract

1. การใช้แอนติเจนในรูปสารแขวนลอย (glutaradehyde-fixed sonicated B. pseudomallei antigen) ในการผลิตเซลล์ลูกผสมไฮบริโดมาซึ่งสร้างโมโนโคลนัลแอนติบอดีต่อเชื้อ Burkholderia pseudomallei ประกอบด้วย 1.1 จัดเตรียมแอนติเจนให้อยู่ในรูปสารแขวนลอย (glutaradehyde-fixed sonicated Burkholderia pseudomallei antigen) แล้วนำมาทดสอบว่าไม่มีเชื้อมีชีวิตเหลืออยู่และ ให้มีโปรตีนประมาณ 50ug/ml 1.2 ใช้แอนติเจนจากข้อถือสิทธิข้อที่ 1.1 ประมาณ 10 ug ฉีดเข้าช่องท้องของสัตว์ทดลอง แล้วฉีดกระตุ้นซ้ำอีก 2 ครั้ง แต่ละครั
