The absorbent frame consists of a body lining and an outer covering, connected to the body lining, and the absorbent unit is located between the body lining and the outer covering; and a detachable fastening system for securing the absorbent material in a panty-like manner. The fastening system consists of first and second fasteners on the posterior lateral panels. And it uses a quick-release fastening system, where the first and second paired fasteners are matched on the front side panel; where the transverse distance between the first and second fasteners is exactly equal to the transverse distance between the first and second paired fasteners.

The absorbent garment is designed like pants, with a tightening system consisting of a first and a second tightening strap on a fastener, using a release mechanism. The first and second paired tightening straps are located on the first and second elastomer side panels in the first waist section; where the elastomer side panel in the first waist section is separated longitudinally from the elastomer side panel in the second waist section, and the width of the elastomer side panel in the first waist section is equal to the width of the elastomer side panel in the second waist section.
