The absorbent component, defined by its longitudinal axis, transverse axis, first waist region, second opposite waist region, and the forked region extending between and connecting the first and second waist regions, shall consist of: the arrangement of the absorbent framework; the attachment of at least the first binding component to the absorbent framework at the first waist region; and the attachment of at least the second binding component to the absorbent framework at the second waist region; where the first and second binding components shall consist of mechanical binding parts optimized to ensure a secure, non-releasable fastening; and the first binding component shall consist of at least a foldable area that divides the first binding component into two equal transverse sections.
